This line is in the form of an oscillatory circuit throughout the cycle generated by the following principles:
1, after the first charge, the capacitor C1 & C4 is fully charged.
2, C2 & C3 capacitors will continue to charge.
3, when transistor Q1 & Q4 is turned on at the same time, it discharges capacitor C1 & c4.
4, capacitors C2 and C3 are fully charged, transistor Q1 & Q4 will be closed, while capacitor C1 & C4 is also charged again.
5, transistors Q2 and Q3 are turned on, while capacitor C2 & C3 is discharged.
By analogy, the speed flash is the oscillation frequency, and the frequency is determined by the resistor R & capacitance with values.
